We specialize in high-performance equipment including BBCOR baseball bats, fastpitch and slowpitch softball bats, gloves, catcher’s mitts, batting cages, balls, bases, field goods, and apparel. Our inventory focuses on tournament-ready gear from top brands like DeMarini and Louisville Slugger.
How do I choose the right bat for my needs?
Consider your league requirements (BBCOR for high school/college baseball, specific weight drops for softball), player size/strength, and preferred balance (end-loaded vs balanced). Our product descriptions include detailed specifications to help you make an informed decision.
Do you offer any warranty on your bats?
All our new bats come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Please check individual product pages for specific warranty details as they vary by brand and model.
Shipping & Delivery
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
– Standard Shipping ($12.95 via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 day delivery after processing (1-2 business days)
– Free Economy Shipping (orders over $50 via EMS): 15-25 day delivery after processing

How quickly will my order be processed?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. For fastest processing, order by 2PM CST on weekdays for potential same-day processing. Weekend orders ship Monday.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Canada, Mexico, European Union countries, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and South Korea. Some remote regions may be excluded.
How is my equipment packaged for shipping?
We use pro-grade packaging: bats ship in protective tubes, gloves in form-keeping boxes. All items are stored in climate-controlled conditions before shipping and undergo quality inspection.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer 15-day returns on most items (excluding custom orders and used equipment). To initiate a return:

4. Refund is processed upon receipt (minus original shipping costs)

What if my item arrives damaged?

Can I exchange an item for a different size/model?
Yes! Follow our standard return process and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend waiting until your return is processed to ensure availability.
