Key Returns Information:
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached
- Non-Returnable: Used equipment, specially ordered items, and clearance apparel marked “Apparel Closeout”
Our Returns Process (Double Play Simple)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will respond within 24 hours with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Prepaid return label (for defective items)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package items securely in original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation. Ship to:

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Exchanges: Shipped via your original shipping method within 2 business days of approval
You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is issued. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Special Considerations
Non-Returnable Items
To protect all players’ safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used baseball/softball equipment (bats, gloves, catcher’s mitts)
- Opened packages of baseballs/softballs
- Apparel marked “Apparel Closeout”
- Custom or specially ordered items
Defective Equipment
If you receive defective gear (like a cracked bat or flawed glove), contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may take 7-10 days to appear in your account
